with VW heading back to Wolfsburg, your plan to start offering diesels in the States might be rather timely. Plus I hear VW are also taking those SportWagen things back with them. Now I’m not saying that your plan to not produce estate versions of the XE/F are a terrible idea but I am saying that there might be a market that could really go for a diesel estate, no a diesel wagon right about now. “Nudge, nudge. Wink, wink”.

To be honest VW’s fuck up is probably going to negate most of the good press diesel has clawed to get over the past decade or so. Jag will more than likely avoid bringing them over.
